Frequently Asked Questions
What if I just use your address for my DOT without signing up for a virtual office space?
You don't want to do that. It's fraud and it just doesn't end well. At the minimum you can't expect your insurance to be cancelled. And unfortunately, if you have an accident the insurance will likely be cancelled from the date of inception. You'll be in a lot of trouble to say the least. Also you could face criminal prosecution. So we suggest you don't do the wrong thing!

What does PMB stand for?
Personal Mail Box (PMB). It’s considered a physical address by the U.S. Postal Service.
What will my new virtual address look like?
Your new address will be our physical address plus the PMB #.
Example:
John Doe Express
7120 Jones Truck Line Rd Suite 99
Long Beach, MS 39560
How do I check my postage balance?
If your mail is forwarded, we charge a small handling fee plus the cost of postage. Then we send you an invoice that you can pay by credit card. Your balance doesn’t get in arrears because if you don’t pay your balance then your item is not shipped.
Is there an additional fee to scan my mail?
We scan up to 30 pieces of mail per month at no extra charge. Most customers don’t reach this limit as long as they’ve chosen to disregard junk mail. If you want to keep your junk mail we suggest choosing to have it forwarded, and just have the other mail scanned.
Do you open my mail?
We are approved by the USPS as a Commercial Receiving Agency (CMRA). All your mail is kept secure and confidential. We only open your mail if you’ve specifically given us the request to open and scan. If you do not want a digital service, your mail will not be opened.
